St. Petersburg International Economic Forum-2013. Knowledge-based economy – a strategy for getting ahead of the curve

During SPIEF 2013 panel “Knowledge-based economy – a strategy for getting ahead of the curve”, one of the moderators of which was Leonid Melamed (Member of the Board of Directors, RMI and NovaMedica; Chairman of the Board of Directors, Team Drive), the panelists featuring science, education, government and investment banking have shared their views on the viability and prospects for further development of the knowledge-based economy in Russia as the highest stage in the development of innovative economy putting together specific proposals/ideas in favor of their viewpoints.

There has been a lively dispute with dynamic discussions, active dialogue, FAQs, opinions addressed from the audience and an interactive polling.
