ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clearside Biomedical, Inc., a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company developing innovative first-in-class drug therapies to treat blinding diseases of the eye, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission related to Clearside’s proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not been determined. Clearside plans to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol “CLSD.”
RBC Capital Markets and Stifel will serve as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Needham & Company and Wedbush PacGrow Healthcare will serve as co-managers.
