Putin signed a decree on the establishment of new health centers

In 2015 in Moscow will have several national medical research centers. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin said after meeting on federal funding of medical organizations. List of instructions published on the Kremlin website.

The new health centers should appear before January 1, 2016 at the Russian Cancer Research Center Blokhin, the Research Institute of Neurosurgery named after Academician Burdenko Scientific Center for Cardiovascular Surgery Bakulev, the Scientific Center of Children’s Health, which will be transferred to the Federal Agency scientific organizations MOH. 

Medical centers will be engaged in the provision of high-tech medical care, development of clinical guidelines for health care, research and development in the field of medicine and biology, including the development of new drugs, medical devices and development of new methods of care. 

Among the other orders of the president was listed establishing a single order of applications of citizens for medical aid to the federal organization and calculation of payment for services rendered at the rates of compulsory health insurance. Until January 30, 2015 the Ministry of Health, the Federal Fund of CHI and regional authorities should develop procedures that will determine exactly how patients will be able to choose your doctor and hospital.
