The project of a technopark for small and medium businesses has been designed on the model of existing industrial parks for major investors. The concept of the park to appear in Kaluga Region has been approved by the Architects Board under the Governor.
The main purpose of the industrial park is to develop the infrastructure for small and medium businesses, including marketing and storage of goods, office spaces and capital turnover. It will be a new format of small production combined with a platform for trading, negotiations and forums.
The project combines all sites used by small and medium businesses. In particular, it will include a distribution center of agricultural products, a complex with manufactured goods market, administrative area and online shops.
It is also planned to organize a permanent fair in the park, a business area (expocenter), cafes, small shopping centers, small production area, a business incubator, modern food market, covered playground, 3 or 4-star hotels and a 2-star motel for entrepreneurs.
