Ñost of healthcare in Russia will amount to 6% of GDP by 2020 - deputy PM

Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets expects that by 2020, the health expenditures in Russia will be 6% of the GDP.
 
"In order to have good medicine, we need to spend around 6%, this is laid in all our plans," she said on the sidelines of the SPIEF. According to Golodets, this level of spending will help to "create a reliable, good system" in this sphere. "We hope that by 2020, we will achieve such figures," - added the Vice Premier. 

Currently, health spending are around 4% of the GDP.
